Crystal Singing Bowl Meditation @ Plant Base Market

the sound bath is about 45 minutes in savasana (a resting pose laying down on a mat or blanket, or sukhasana which is easy seated meditation pose) while the bowls and other healing instruments are played – there isn’t much to do here! just relax and enjoy

- water
- a pillow / blanket or whatever makes you feel cozy!
- a mat if you have one – we are working on providing them
- anything else you want with you during meditation (this might be a special crystal, picture of a family member, etc)
suggested donation for all classes is a sliding scale from $15-$25 per class – this is only suggested and certainly not required – the goal of this is inclusion and accessibility for all beings
